I THINK THIS SHE IS KNOWN TO ME.
AND IF U R SURELY TALKING ABT HER ...........
THEN DUDE SHE WAS LIKE THIS ALWAYS. SHE IS VERY MUCH LIKE A BOUNDARY-LESS GIRL. SHE THINKS THAT ITS HER DUTY TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THEIR FAULTS.
SHE DOESN'T KNOW A TACTFUL MANNER (WHEN TALKING TO OTHERS ).
SHE IS BOSSY BUT NOW THAT SHE HAS GROWN UP LIKE THIS NOTHING CAN BE DONE.
BEING GOOD FRIENDS WE WILL OF COURSE NOT SAY ANYTHING TO HER.
BUT TIME WILL MAKE HER UNDERSTAND THIS.
I HOPE U REMEMBER SHAKESPEARE'S PLAY ''TAMING OF THE SHREW'' .............
AND AS FAR AS TEACHERS ARE CONCERNED TEACHERS LIKE STUDENTS WHO STUDY WELL AND ARE GOOD AT BEHAVIOUR AT LEAST WHEN THEY (TEACHERS) R AROUND.

I am not sure if you mean this: the girl is very smart and the teachers let her do what she wants or if you mean this: the girl thinks she is very smart and the teachers refuse to teach a smart aleck. If it is the latter, please find a way to let the girl know that people will like her better if she is not smug and pays attention to people, shows the kindness she wants in return. If it is the former, ask her for help with your work sometimes and don't let the teachers get away with only talking to her when giving her assignments or asking her to lead the class in something. Even the talented and gifted need normal socializing and regular teacher interaction.

The information you gave, gives me two ideas of the girl you're talking about. Either the girl is really like that and thinks herself to be anything. In this case one way is to tell her to come on earth but a more sophisticated way is to make yourself more capable than her.
Another thing is may be you are mistaken about her.I can say this because i've gone through the same condition of that girl.Most of my classmates, especially boys, had a same opinion about me May be she finds nobody to advise her about her ideas & thus insists on her ideas. In this condition you should try to think over this coolly and talk to her on every issue you have controversies.
