Am totally confused on the Ipod MP3 thing...she already has an IPOD, but she loves to take pictures and has been making little videos with her friends...would this item be an asset or a pain in the _ _ _?

Since she already has an iPod then don't bother getting her another MP3. The iPod is considered the best selling music player in the world. If she likes taking pictures and making little videos, why not get her a good camera that takes high quality videos and has video functions.

If she already has an ipod, then it may be redundant.
Instead, if she likes taking pictures (and you're willing to shell out the necessary cash for an iPod...) you may want to look at getting her a decent digital camera. There are all kinds of options available, and for the price of an iPod, you can do really well.

Yes nothings more hotter or popular than the mp3/4 player is. All the kids in school have them and if you dont have one you are not cool. They are nice and nothing out there will make a teen happier.
