I enjoy communicating. Sometimes I'm a little flippant, when the question seems to invite it, but I try to give good serious answers when the questions are good serious ones.
I would consider my participation to be entirely positive, and I've learned quite a bit about how people from younger generations are thinking these days. Some of it's good, and some of it's not so good, but it all helps me better understand modern society.
I've been working on that about 60 of my 66 years, ever since I began to learn what a society was.

I feel yahoo answers is a good venue to reach a lot of people. While I hope to get people to think about issues or help with concerns, I've learned a lot by reading other answers. My participation has been mostly positive. I have run into people trying to be strange and those that are truly strange but the worst are those that don't care.

I have learned that people have a lot of different out looks on the answers that are given, Some make a lot of sence and some don't. You learn through answers and questions of what people are thinking out there that you can't reach in you own community. to get the answers, makes you think that you arn't the only person who thinks the way you do. because we think we are always right in what we think and that's not true.

Entertainment.
I've met a couple of cool people.
I've experienced a lot of ignorant people.
I've learned that even on an Internet site, there are cliques, which is kind of strange.
Overall, it's entertaining.

I've met some interesting people and some not so interesting people, i have some new friends namely you, and i spend a lot more time on Y so i guess its good, and i learned a lot about other opinions

well I've learned lots:
1.lots of other opinions I dont think Im as narrow-minded now
2.That you can meet very nice people over the net.
3.That it's ok to be different.
4.And that perves are everywhere
