How does a person get a devorice from someone who is in prison in texas with very little money?

My mother is very ill and we are trying to live off 988.00 a month. My husband is in prison and I want a devorice from him

Check with your local Legal Aid office to see where you can get reduced rate, if not free legal services. That your husband is in prison will not affect how or whether you get a divorce.

File the action in court but consult a lawyer that render services for indigents like you but prove that your income is really that low.
