I want it to view videos on youtube.com and listen to music on myspace.com from my PSP.

You must enable the Flash Plug-in, If you are not sure if it is then go to http://www.psponme.com and try to play a game. If it does not work then you probably do not have Flash enabled. You can go here to find out how to enable Flash on the PSP, which can only be done with a WiFi connection - http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/PSP/WebBrowser/s_psp_wb_fl.html
But you will not be able to view YouTube video at all. As far as listening to Flash music, there may be some limitations there as well since the plug-in is only Flash 6.

Well be sure to update you're firmware version!
there is a update for PSP that installs Macormedia Flash.
So go to you're PSP settings and then Network Update.
And then you should have Flash.
