Can I use A wireless n usb ?

I have sattelite internet and i connected a wireless n router to it in my home, can i connect a wireless n usb to another computer in another home thats less then 100 ft away and will it detect the wireless network please help?

Yes! But to be sure, use a directional antenna lke this one:

And be sure that there is no 2.4Ghz cordless phone in the vicinity that could interfere w/ the wifi signal w/c is at that frequency also.
Take note that the world record for unamplified wifi distance is 279km using yagi antennas w/ parabolic refelectors.

If the wireless signal is reachable, I hope you can use it in another house. (No matter where you are... Signals should be reachable).
