I'm curious to know how you know when to wipe or not when you're finished. Hmmm, I'm thinking the high fiber stuff is good for you. Do you take it every day? Have you noticed a diff in bowel movements consistency when you take it? That could be the answer.

However, if you eat a lot of high fat, greasy foods, or lots of red meat, your poop tends to be more greasy and harder to remove from yourself. Stay away from junk and fried food and foods high in fat.

You get clean wipes, when feces is COMPLETELY evacuated from the rectum. When the rectum is partially emptied, this is when many wipings are required to clean the anal area.

Poorly formed stools, constipation, and simply being in a hurry are some of the causes of partial evacuations. Even though you do take Metamucil, in order for you to continuously have "clean wipes", you should consider adding a bit more fiber to your diet.

I hope everything comes out alright (smile).

Good luck!!

metamucil is hard core fiber. fiber makes you poop alot, not like a laxative, but its healthy for you. stop taking metamucil.
