Hi,
First, I've used credit cards to buy tons of stuff online, and I've never had any problem with unauthorized charges showing up on my statement. Never say never, but I'd say you'll be alright buying software online. To be sure, try to buy it directly from the developer's site.
Next, if I'm reading you correctly, it sounds like you're using an address from the back of your credit card as a billing address? If so, don't. Your billing address is the address the credit card company has on record as YOUR ADDRESS. This would be the address where you recieve your statements. If you don't get paper statements in the mail, you should be able to go to the credit card company's website to check your address on record (you'll probably have to register, if you haven't already) or you can call their customer service line.

First : You can buy it on bigfish.com or bestbuy.com. Both are trusted sites.
Second: You put the address and the name that is on the bill of the credit card. Check out the bill, look what address is on it and how the name is spilled. This is the information you need. It has to match with the billing paper.
Third : If you use credit card and it was missed, you can always call the credit card company and report fraud. Credit cards ( not debit cards) do provide you with protection against fraud for free.

When using a credit card, Your address should not be on the back of the card. You need to enter the address that your bank send your bank statements to. Maybe you have just moved? Have you informed the bank yet. And because you have made several attempts and failed, you would need to get in touch with the bank I am sure they will be of great assistance. Don't forget to take your ID with you, like drivers license or passport, plus one or two utility bills

I nonetheless talk French while in France even if spoken to in English ( through the French). I have continually had best admiration for those who spoke different tongues exceptionally those who made the trouble to talk an African language (I talk now of the white populace) I continually lived at the slopes of Table mountain and as a child went to a personal institution within the Southern suburbs and not often spoke Afrikaans. I have located that my little organization of SA peers right here in UK pop out with Afrikaans, or talk in truly Kaapie accents always we're in combination.

when they ask you to enter the address, it means your home address, to where your credit card statement is sent evry month. Always for a website that has security features before you give out any info. and make sure you call up your credit card provider, to confirm any internet charges you made. some bank, will actually call you for confirmation before they can proceed for payment.

you have to enter your address (on wich you reciving statements for that card) that's billing address and I guess it must be your home phone # .
Main idea is: address and phone must match with ones you gave to credit card when you get it.

Best way is get PayPal account and use it.
