I am someone who is interested in womens pyschology and try to understand how women think and feel - women have an enormous contribution in the world in every walk of life and I beleive there should be equality and freedom of speech and womens rights must be honoured and respected in the light that we are sharing community life to uphold a sense of democrasy that is true and fit for purpose to creating a fairer relationship to each other. Apha males seem to have an attitude that I feel uncomfortable with and my appearence and personality is such that would suggest that I have the presence of a regular male hetrosexual perspective although the critique is that I have a female brain - anyway I am comfortable with that and what is that all about you ask ?

lol. You see the troll above me?

Anyways, I enjoyed this statement: "I have the presence of a regular male hetrosexual perspective although the critique is that I have a female brain"

This statement applies very much to me as well. I'm glad there is another man who thinks and feels more femininely as I do. I thought I was the only one out there for a while!

I also believe that women should be revered with the same honor and respect as the male population, if not more, for having endured a vicious patriarchy for so long. We should guide egotistic alpha males in the right direction, show to them that a life spent appreciating our feminine half is much better than proving our “maleness” with every chance we get.

It is uncommon for a man to be as intuitive as you are, but most certainly not strange. Take care….

Just keep on being yourself because that's who you're most comfortable with. You don't have to change how you think or behave simply because others are uncomfortable with who you are.

Those who are most comfortable with themselves tend to be more attractive to other confident people. :-)

It's a great idea to want to have a better understanding of the opposite gender. I'm very much a woman, but I also like to attempt to have a better understanding of men by reading books written for men by men. There is nothing wrong with that. Books such as "Iron John" or "Fire In The Belly". ;))

If we all took time to attempt to understand each other, I believe there wouldn't be so much sexism in this world on both sides, don't you think? Just my thoughts.

This is the style of question asked, over drinks, at parties, by Men who are looking for a date. A lot of Females will immediately turn wary of Your intentions.
Why, if You are studying either the Humanities or Social Sciences, would You presume to think that an interest in any aspect of the machinations of Our fellow Humans would be perceived as being anything less than 'normal'? You are not the only person (male) 'hard wired' female. It is what You do with Your thought processes that counts. Not Who You need to impress in order to gain acceptance.

it's more and more common these days. The last catch word was metrosexual. in japan though, there's the appearance of guys that spend as many hours doing hair and getting a tan as any female that are still hetero.

Strange? maybe, but you're not alone.

This is my honest answer. I adore a strong women and women who respects man in return,, the one who doesnt try to make men a slave for her own wants,,, so i love the ladies yes, but i have no regard for s+uts and those who belongs in the category,, i would never associate myself with women who acts like a lady only to leech on you and change you into the way they want you to be,,i would change yes only to the ladies because i think they are worth it

In my 1st year of university, I did a course on feminism, and while 90% of the class was female, from those few who were male, 90% of them were gay, but there were a few heterosexual guys in the class including a friend of mine.
Personally, I don't see whats wrong with a guy being interested in that, and if anything it shows that your more certain of your sexuality and of yourself, than those "alpha" males who may have something to fear in themselves by having those interests.
