Unless you haven't gone through puberty, and don't menstruate, there are not usually any outward signs of infertility.
Some women with exceptionally heavy periods can have endometrious, which can make conception difficult, as can poly-cystic ovaries, but apart from abdominal pain, there may not be any signs. There could also be a blockage in the Fallopian tubes, hormone deficiencies, nutritional issues, a previous bout of an STD, Pelvic Inflamatory Disease, and a whole range of other factors, including the possibility that the problem is not yours.
Also if you have come off contraceptive pill or shots, it can take up to a year for some to get back into the natural cycle.
Unless you have been trying to concieve for a year without success, you are not usually considered infertile anyway. Only then would I suggest that you take yourself and your partner for tests.
And stop worrying, stress can muck up the natural cycles too.

Get some information on natural family planning, as that can show you how to tell if and when you ovulate, giving you the best time to concieve.

hello there
your still young, so you still have plenty of time to get pregnant!
How long have you Been trying for? the average couple, under 35, can take up to a year to conceive, I'm 26 and have been trying for only three months, feels like an eternity though doesn't it? other ways to find when your at your fertile peak is by charting your cervical mucus ( gross, i know!) but this is apparently the best indicator. When your mucus resembles raw egg white ( stretchy, streaky and in abundance) This is the best time to have sex! the slippery mucus makes it easier for the sperm to reach its target. Keep a little written diary of all your changes and eventually you will see a pattern! good luck to you and baby dust your way, try not to stress though ( even though its hard) as stressing makes it worse!

Ttc#1 send some baby dust my way too!!

unprotected sex for 4 years, irregular periods, over weight. Got pregnant at 18.

Timing, shoot for 2 weeks or week before your next period, dont stress about it. Try holding off on sex until those last weeks before you start to help build up his army of wiggles.

My sister was told she could never had kids by a DOCTOR, but she has 2 beautiful kids now. Just turned out an *** hole got her pregnant insead of the guy that was nice to her. Go figure.

There are many factors as to why you can't get pregnant. I know I read somewhere that if you are overweight it can take even longer.

My suggestion is to know your cycle and get busy.

plus your 19, enjoy your life.
