I go and then am going to go to bed and always feel like I need to go again right before I go to bed over and over again..

what most people who answered your question didn't realize that your problem may be caused by anxiety, unless you are sexually active, and don't keep a good personal hygiene, infection doesn't seem to be the reason

and it seems that you only have to do that during bedtime, not during daytime

so it is very likely that it is caused by anxiety, or maybe a little compulsive behavior

what you should do is try to fool yourself, when you go to bed, just tell yourself that i will just stay in bed for 10 minutes, if i still want to go, then i will go. and keep extending the time, sooner or later, you will fall asleep before you even have the urge to go to the bathroom again

OK Buddy, is this an actual physical sensation you are getting or is this symtomatic of OCD?

I used to have this problem all the time...then I decided I woudl simply make it a routine to pee immediately before I go to bed and immediately after I wake up. So I pee, then go striaght to bed with nothing else in between. If there is something else in between - I pee again before going to bed - When I wake up I go straight to the bathroom and pee.....nothing in between...no matter how long I slept even if its only ten minutes or two hours.

Making this a routine part of my life has eliminated the problem for me. I dont have any of the infections etc that a lot of people will be talking about...its an OCD thing for me.

Perhaps you drank too much water or there is some problem with your prostate/bladder try not to drink too much water at night and see how it goes and if the condition persist go to a doctor.

It may either be a prostate issue or you may have a bladder disorder. Either way I would suggest going to see a doctor and explaining it to them. I understand that it's going to be really embarassing, but they know what they're talking about.

I had that problem a few weeks ago.... only, I had to urinate ALL the time (even right after I'd gone).

Turns out that it was just caused by stress.

Bladder infection? If it gets bad, you should go to the doctor. If not, you should still try to get some medicine to help it.

i've had this once, sometimes it can be a reaction to something you eat or an infection, try drinking cranberry juice apparently its supposed to help. if it gets worse i suggest you go to your doctor.
