this is getting annoying...everyone knows that the only way to get pregnant is by eating green beans and a cheese burrito...trust me i know...

There is a high possibility that you lack of calcium which is why you find that your nails break easily and doesn't grow fast. Drink more milk and consume more cheese. Besides that take calcium tablets as a supplements. I do have similiar problem and i take only this particular brand of calcium as its easy to consume. Easily absorbed by the body as you either chew or suck instead of swallow due to the size of the tablet. It might be new to you but do read through the ingredients to understand better. It has lemon powder, pineapple powder - Give resistance to virus, strengthen the wall of blood vessels, ease stress, recover from fatigue, rich in vitamins, immunity enhancement. Hope this helps..

i dont think you're pregnant.it's just an old sign that can not be applied nowadays...the best thing to check whether you're pregnant or you're not is to do the pregnancy test..however, make sure you're not a man...joking!!
