Your best resources would likely be either Rennlist or the Pelican Parts BBS online, or the Panorama ads and local PCA ads for print ads (though these are also often available online).
However, a word of caution - a "cheap 930" could easily be the most expensive car you will ever own! 930s are great cars, but it is not a car you should be looking at to find "cheap." Paying a premium for a well taken care of, documented example, will almost certainly wind up being less expensive than simply seeking out the one selling for the least amount of money up front.

Sorry to say but their is no such thing as a "cheap" Porsche. You could get a older 930 for 20k or less but you could have to dump 12k into it to get it in nice condition mechanically and physically. You would be better off to pay more up front to get something decent.

A cheap 930 is just a 930 waiting to be extremely expensive. When it comes to older porsches, always buy the best one you can find. It will save you money twofold (or more!) in repairs later on.
Ebay, autotrader, and cars.com are good places to start, as is your local Porsche club of america classifieds.

depends on the year- I just found a 2003 911 turbo for around 87,000. Another one is 1991 for 54,000. These were found on cars.com but you should look at KBB.com or Autotrader.com or Ebay becouse it depends on the year and the condition and you have to remember that these are prices without tax and insurance so Goodluck
