I want to list it on eBay and I need to know how to tell which version I have.

There's no much difference between the two. I know as I own both versions of the game. It's a little harder to distinguish the two on PS2, as the "coffee" scene was not accessable unless you cracked the OFLC code (which I don't think anyone did on ps2, but they did on PC)
The sex scene has been taken out completely in the modified version, not accessable by normal gameplay anyway.
(anyone that says that you can is a liar)

This is gonna sounds foolish but I have both versions and they are identical in every way except 1. I cannot load the saved game data from the original version to the re-released game...That's the only way I have been able to tell them apart not that it's much help for you. :D

well the way that i found out that i have the good version is because i bought it on october 26, 2004 when it was released so it depends if you bought it sometime within that time period
