the hairstyles of the 80's?

Did you have a doozy?

I had a weave perm and a mushroom hair cut.

Heck back in the 80's I had a perm. I was a Guinea pig for my hairdresser mother. Ooh how I loathe those days. I am Guy and it didn't work. I also had a Duck tail.

In the 80's all I had were cornrows, ponytails and bangs. On easters and birthdays I had a press and curl. I was a small child in the 80's.

Actually that hairdo was geared more to the disco era of the 70's. I had a 'fro because of long, natural curly hair, and lived in the coolest, most hip place in the world, California.

Mine has been the same for many many years, straight, thick & long to me bum now, wear it in french braid... sometimes a pony tail , twin braids, or up in a twist of some sort... and at night just down straight .... but yes I remember those and others further back .. proud to be fifty something young lol

i was born at the end of the 80's but ive seen pictures

my brother had hair to his butt... and once had a mullet
and my mom had a mullet but it was called a "cowboy cut" on girls

and as for aqua net hairspray... we have cans all around the house lol

I still have my big 80's hair. It's coming back ya know! I even still use Aqua Net hairspray !
