Makes us 25-year-olds want to sigh! Too 'old' for some people, to 'young' for most people. It's a strange age and I have to say, being 25 myself, that I feel I have experienced more judgement at this age from the 'older' group then ever before. Sigh!
That is exciting, though, that you are a mom to a 10 year old! I haven't even started and you already have a young adult on your hands! Way to go - you sound like supermom =) Though you were probably being judged, a lot of woman who start having kids at an older age seem to regret that they didn't start younger - this also could have been their thought process when they found you started so young.

It's really hard to tell if you were judged even if I was standing there looking at these people. This is because we can't read people's minds no matter how hard we try so for your own sake, I would say ignore it and go on with your life. Does it really matter if they were judging you or not? Would it make a difference in what you're doing to support your family?

I think you were being judged. People have their own judgments about appropriate ages for people to be married, have kids, etc etc. Unfortunately that's just the way it is. Soon enough they'll find out that you're happily married and you have your life together. But in the meantime, let them think what they want to think. People will make their own decisions no matter what you try to do and no sense in wasting your energy on unimportant things like that.

It's none of your business what they think of you. It is your business what you know is true about yourself. To thine own self be true. Don't worry about it, they all have their own short comings, so they don't have a leg to stand on in criticizing you. Jesus said those with out sin cast the first stone. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to make you feel bad.

People judge all the time. They probably were judging you, you probably find yourself doing it too. It's one of those parts of life that can be really annoying.

well... we really have to accept the fact that some people are really judgemental...they tend to be too conservative... but if you think that you are not doing anything wrong, u don't have to worry bout anything... they just do that because they don't have anything interesting going on in their lives... :)
