Not sure about that z if i wake up crying in the middle from a bad dream i just go back to sleep & i dont have problems later cause i don't cry in the day for no reason meaning someone has had to die etc

oh yes, all the time, if I have crappy dreams I am usually in a bad mood that whole day. I take my dreams and the content very seriously

Well If I have a good dream (that I remember) I wake up in a good mood... I don't have bad dreams any more.. I have a dream catcher...

The last dream I had definatly did, when you dream that you have shot your self in the head, waking up is a really good thing and life is great!

I think so, at least in the morning. Most of my dreams are happy and vibrant and I tend to wake up the same way.
When they are darker or more moody I wake up a lot more subdued.

usually no, but one night i did have a dream that my BF cheated on me. I woke up pissed as hell. I would not even speak to him for at least an hr and than i came to my senses

I had a horrible nighmare a few days ago and I woke up crying. I was pretty shaken up the whole morning.
