The car usually goes too fast for me to see people doing anything that takes more than 2 seconds.

haha.. Yes I did. I was travelling to vietnam with my friends and we saw this kid pull his pants down and sh!t under a bridge. We were all looking and taking pictures saying "OMG""Ewww". It seems natural for him.. he just wave and continued his job.

I saw a wino do that in an alley one time when I was a courier, driving around the city all night long...

I saw a homeless guy do that on a crowded sidewalk...and a homeless lady do that against a tree in the park...
