I am a guy looking for some good underrated music to put on my ipod. I like the newies, no oldies or classic rock please. I like hip hop and rock. The person with the most information (songs/artist) will be the best answer.

Listen to the Scorpions. Never got farther than gold, but they are what I think is THE most consistent band ever.

If you're O.K. with listening to girls, Regina Spektor is awesome. She's very talented... writes all her own songs and plays the piano. They aren't all girly though, theres one about drugs (its called "Hey, remember that time...")
