Long story short: High school sucks. I hate being a junior....
Ok here's my story on a list about a guy I know:

1.) We both have each others number
2.) I gave my number 2 him on paper
3.) I Think he likes me too. It's completely obvious even my friends notice it. (You know what i mean...)

4.) All my girlfriends said I should call him first. (Hes really quiet all the time, he never really talks that much in class.)

~~~
I called once but then chickened out during the ringing so I hung up. I called again the other day and no one picked up. It's been two days since I did that, you think he would of checked his phone. So....my question is, do I give up or call again? Or do I give the benefit of the doubt? He's not outgoing, super shy, you know. I don't know what to think anymore. Help a poor junior teenage girl out. Was it always this difficult when you were in highschool? (Also, wouldn't his cell say "missed call"?)
Super Shy is A Huge Problem. Yes I would call again and try texting.. If that doesn't work then delete him.
Always been that difficult. I was kinda shy as a kid too, and would have really liked it if a girl asked me out....would have taken a lot of pressure off dating lol...hope that helps and have fun.
Don't worry too much about HS relationships, the real thing wont start until you are happy and stable in your career after HS or college. Just remember, soon enough you are gonna become an adult, and be responsible for EVERYTHING. Enjoy the time you have before that happens. You have to make your own decisions, and live with the consequences. Than includes the decision NOT to do something. It's not easy in HS, and doesn't get easier as an adult. Just make yourself happy and comfortable in life first, then you won't have to worry about someone else trying to MAKE you happy.
He obviously knows that you called him, unless he lost his phone. Don't give him the satisfaction of thinking that you are chasing him. If you see him again, say "Hi, I tried to call the other day, but you must have been busy." drop the subject and be on your way. If he asks why you did not call back, just tell him that you figured he would return the call when he got a chance. Don't even act like you care or was disappointed. Guys usually pursue the girls that act like they are a challenge. Don't be too convenient, or you will be the one they call when they want sex only.
Guys love a challenge. Take it from a someone that knows. I have been there. Never act too excited, or bothered. Just a bit flirty, then walk away.
I think you should go up to him in school and say "so i called you on ____ but you didnt pick up! did you get my message?" if he is being rude, then you can say oh well and walk away. and if he just didnt get your message, you can let him know you like him, and he will call you!
Call him back. He might have your number, but just didn't put it in his phone, so he might not answer because he doesn't know who it is. If he doesn't pick up, just leave him a simple message.
