You should always use a condom if you are worried about becoming pregnant. That or go on the pill. Nothing can be guaranteed otherwise. Good luck!

Why do you think you'd be safe from being pregnant? Without protection the chances of you being pregnant are pretty high. I would advise you to go get a home pregnancy test. I am hoping you did use protection, ugh that's a scary thought if you didn't!

The answer to your question all comes down to whether you used protection or not. Good luck!

if you have a regular 28 day cycle.
you will ovulate anywhere from the 10th day to the 16th day.
you count the days from the first day of your cycle.
so if the end of you cycle was june 6.
was it a 5 day cycle?.if so then the day you would start counting from would be june 1.
so you could be ovulating anywhere from june 10 to june 16.
also sperm live for 3 days inside you.
please use protection if you do not wish to become pregnant.

There's no _safe_ time to have sex without some sort of protection and I have the 2 kids to prove it!!! The theory behind the rhythm method is that you can time your ovulation and intercourse so that the sex can be as much fun as possible, while the periods are as natural as possible. All that sounds great until the pee-stick turns positive. Watch and wait for this one, but be sure to use protection of some sort next time unless you're ready to become parents.

YOUR ANSWER:

For most women the 'window of opportunity' to become pregnant is 7-9 days after your last period STARTED.

You are cutting it close; I would wait 3 weeks and take a home pregnancy test which you can find for $7-$15 at any CVS, Walmart, etc. It's best to take it in the morning right after you wake up.

you are never safe. Though people think that there is only 2 days a month you can never tell. Also watch out for sexually transmitted diseases. You can now get the morning after pill at the pharmacy. I believe you can take it up to 72 hrs after intercourse. Ask your doctor and be more careful

um no that is like perfect timing if you ended you period on the 6th im assuming you started it no latter than the 3rd so that makes it day 7 that you had sex sperm can live over 7 days that makes it at least day 14 that they would be alive and you ovulate on day 14.

no you are not safe. If you used no protection and he didn't pull out, you're practically asking for a baby.
also, you can still get pregnant even when you use protection. If you don't want a baby and still want to have sex, USE PROTECTION.
this is gonna sound cliche and all that bull-crap, but the only 100% protection is abstinence.

Well, if you didn't use protection of any sort, no. Next time use protection or be prepared for a baby nine months later. Or worse, an STD. Condoms are a great invention. Good luck.

'Generally' women are fertile from roughly 7-10 days after their period. However, no one knows until they chart their cycle as to when they actually ovulate. We are all different.
I hope you have learned your lesson - it's much easier to be responsible and use protection than have to panic about it later isn't it??
