Anarchy? Here is the definition...

Absence of any form of political authority.
Political disorder and confusion.
Absence of any cohesive principle, such as a common standard or purpose.

I think you mean anarchy.

Anarchy refers to a human society without a government, or state. Three circumstances have been identified for this:

1. societies where no state has ever existed;
2. societies where an existing state has collapsed;
3. societies, whether real or speculative, where the state has been consciously abolished.
