I've heard a lot about how a lot of people think he faked his death.
Could someone please explain this to me?
Maybe give me the facts, or something about why some people think he faked it?
Will I understand better if I read facts about his death?
Do you think he faked it? Why?

People just can NOT let him go. They dont want to believe that hes really gone...But Elvis lives on ..in his music...He'll always be the King...RIP Elvis*

I think people thought Elvis faked his death because no one wanted to accept the fact that the King was dead.It is much nicer to think that he is still alive somewhere.
And probably one reason that Elvis might have wanted to fake his death was so he could escape his fame.Just try to imagine how tiring it would be after years and years and years of everyone following you around and telling you "I'm your biggest fan" would be. No matter where you went,everyone would know where you were and what you were up to.Nothing would go unnoticed. That would probably get old after a while.
That's my theory at least.

They think that Elvis became so overwhelmed with his fame and that he no longer loved what he did. Many people, sadly, believe that he faked his death as a simple out. Personally, I think that's ridiculous.

No I believe that Elvis really did die and he didn't fake his own death. Elvis will always live on with me through his music.

there was a book out about it in the 80's said the body in the coffin was wax and Elvis was last seen in Hawaii.....but it was never proven. The autopsy report remains sealed to this day.

Maybe because him dying on the toilet seems so unattractive for someone like Elvis, since that's what happened.

I don't know I don't think he did. The official autopsy won't be released until 2015 maybe then people will believe he's really dead.

Simple denial.They dont want to accept it,so the stories keeps him alive,in a sense.

Elvis was so popular that no one wanted to believe he was dead. That's the only reason.
