A very sincere letter of appreciation. Most teachers really want to feel that they've made a positive difference in their students' lives and simply acknowledging this will mean the world to your teacher. He or she would probably frame it! :-)

Something nice that the teacher can use or wear and that they will remember who gave it to them. And a nice card telling the teacher they have always been an inspiration to you.

As a teacher I always found receiving actual gifts from students to be a little too personal and kind of awkward. But a card in their own words was always treasured.

Absolutely, write your teacher a letter of appreciation. Let him or her know exactly why he or she was an inspiration. Give details and add jokes. I promise you, he or she will shed the happiest of tears.

I absolutely agree with those who suggested a letter or note. Teachers often don't really know whose lives they've touched in a positive way, and I'm positive he/she will treasure a note or letter from you expressing your feelings.

A lab coat with their name personalized on it. Like embroidered :] I did that to my chemistry teacher.

a letter of course composed of your thoughts telling your teacher how inspired you were because of her and how he made your life wonderful ,for sure she will smile after reading that.it's the thought that counts and costless of course
