Yeah usually before I go to sleep I get Charlie horses in my legs and they are so painful! Sometimes when I awake I can't move I can stretch but I just stay stiff. All I can move is my eyes. The first time I cried because I thought I was really paralyzed. After about a minute or so It goes away. My body still feels odd though...I never thought about it being a ghost.

once you enter the own area of the sleep equipment referred to as REM your muscle mass relax and that's extremely almost like you're paralized and that even comprises your vocal chords.Waking in the course of the REM degree does no longer happen very a lot inspite of the indisputable fact that it does happen and it isn't risky that's basically frightening. you do not want some component to concern about yet even as it maintains bothering you ask your wellbeing care provider about having a snooze study carried out.

I did that shortly after falling asleep as I was dreaming that somebody was holding me down and I was trying desperately to wake up and move but couldn't. It took several minutes to wake myself up and get my muscles working. Yeah, I knew about sleep paralysis but that's the only time I experienced it with recall.

I haven't had this but twice (several years apart) I've awaken in the middle of the night not knowing who or where I was. Both times it was on a trip so I think traveling may have something to do with it.

lol. I had a dream that there was a spirit or something pushing me deeper and deeper into my bed. I kept telling myself "this is only a dream, just move your leg" but i couldn't. When i woke up, i was so freaked out that I went downstairs to watch tv with the lights on for the rest of the night lol

Yeah, but not the same reason you said. I got drunk and picked up a whale. She dropped her pulled prk sandwich on the floor and when she rolled over to get it, she landed on top of me. I thought I was a goner. But luckily, the ice cream truck came by and she went out to get a tub of vanilla. Lucky for me.

Actually I have never done that. But I've heard about it, and always believed in the ghosts.
