What do you think about his talent? his passion?
Do you think that he is getting too much or too little opportunity.

What do you think his potential will be. He is obviously opening up the floor for the last six games. He's been scoring, and as long as nobody can stop him, he's good. That's just my stance. I want somebody to prove me wrong.

He is just a rookie, he will be a good player for a long time if he stays away from injuries.

Gibson's a rookie. You can't determine a rookie's true ability in only one season. Gibson does have talent and some potential to go along with it, but he won't become a solid role player, if not a potential all-star on this Cavs team for years to come. It takes time to develop as an NBA baller. He's getting just enough action to where he can supposedly make a difference, but also be able to run back into his rookie shell.

He hits open jump shots! Great for the Cavs!

Daniel Gibson Can Ball

He was the leader and the best Scorer when he went to Texas. Teams were only sleeping on him because of his size. I knew how good he was, and I knew that Cleveland stole him in the draft .

If this is the role he is going to play for the rest of his career. He will be pretty good. He won't be an All Star or anything. just a very good role player

It doesnt matter how good he can get, when hes in a team with lebron, i doubt he could ever shine like he should.

He has potential, thats for a fact. But with a team that lebron is doing everything, he cant be creative, he wont be the one dishing the ball, he wont be the one that slashes into the lane. He will be overshadowed by Lebron.

Situation is similar to TMac when hes in raptors with Vince. Of course, Gibson is nowhere TMAC level, just trying to just this as a scenario

Daniel Gibson is a JOKE
All he did in the Detroit series was make W I D E open jump shots. From the point of view of someone with a good jump shot, it's ridiculous that this kid gets so much credit for doing something so easy. Hey, he'll probably take this and use it as an opportunity to get a long-term multi-million dollar contract to be LBJ's fan-favorite 'running mate'.

I just think he's getting way too much credit for what he's done in such a short period of time.

The Lil' Longhorn has got game!

I watched him play in college and knew then he had potential. He has an amazing three point jumper. His passion is bar none and he obviously isn't taking being in the NBA for granted.

Right now he should be getting more time. I personally think he should get the start in game three!

BH you are an absolute twit. There is absolutely no bias in that comment you just made...
you fail at life.
Seen Gibson get to the rack and score a lot of points thru dribble penetration and he also has the ability to draw fouls. Great rookie player, should definitely get more game time, especially with larry hughes injured.

Remember watching him ball in college...always thought he was too small but he has proved himself these playoffs. He has quickness and the ability to shoot the 3ball. Won't be an all-star but could be starter. Playing great for how young he is...dude looks like he's 15. Reminds me of fellow Longhorn PG T.J. Ford...better shot but not as quick or explosive.

It depends on which team hes playing against. a team with the great defense, Gibson will have less opportunities. Poor defense, He'll have more opportunities.

let him play more and we'll see. So far not bad, but like someone said he's basically hitting a lot of open shots. Which many Cavs are not (Z!!) so, why not? Give him more minutes.
