Apes are not people and belong in their natural habitat!
Man has been coming up with mumbo jumbo like this for centuries. Just because someone has gone to school, earned a degree and got a license and is now called a "doctor", doesn't make everything he's says unquestionable fact.
Take, for instance, PAS or Parental Alienation Syndrome, a supposed psychological disorder recognized in court by many judges to be valid and made up by one mad doctor, forgot the name, who actually had a PHD and license to practice and wrote a book on it, and in many mother's opinions is actually just a major professor of mumbo jumbo. Parental Alienation Syndrome, according to this nut, is supposedly a disorder where the mother fears having the father in her child's life, so therefor imagines that he is abusive. They can use this nonsense in court and have many times already to say that a mother is unfit and custody of her children is immediately taken away when she petitions the court for a restraining order, claiming that he is abusing her child, but there is no physical proof, such as sexual abuse. This is just ridiculous, especially since they do not try to substantiate the claim through the use pf psychological tests that are foolproof.

the reason for the "rights" bit is due to that "chimps" are considered to be as close to a human as possible and are tested on the basis of conducting research at a human level. Since human scientific testing is illegal and causes a moral delimma.......(obviously) I think that there shouldnt be ANY testing on animals........its cruel......whatever happend to just good ole natural medicine........we act as GOD's these days....somethings in life you cant fix.....
