My Wife filed for divorce and I counter-suited due to her unfair conditions in trying to labor me with all of her debt, including what she had amassed during our past 10 month seperation. My attorney did send me my notification for my scheduled court date, but my soon to be Ex-Wife happens to work for our local Postal Service and was running the very route I lived on and I did not get my notice in the Mail and I missed court. I believe she kept it from me and broke the law, however my attorney was sharp and kept me in phone conference during the whole hearing and I won my counter-suit. Since I won do I allow what she did to get an unfair advantage in court without me being there to speak in my own behalf, should I just let it go? If not...What could I do to prove it?

get a post office box in /at the post office let them know about your situation they are not going to let her hurt there job. you may want to have it sent to a different city if close enough too you. And I would speak to her supervisor and tell them of your possible connection. they will say something and then when your other documents show up in the speed in which it is supposed too it will prove your point.

I sure wish there was a way for you to prove it.
Unfortunately Brother, it is your word against hers.
I hate knowing that she is able to see what mail you get before you do. Hummm gives me an idea.... Pondering thought here........

Wow! I have never seen the word "ruthless" used in such a perfectly appropriate setting as you presented.
Prove it? Hmmm.... that's a tuffy.
If I was you, I would tell the truth about what happened.
And since I believe your story, why wouldn't the judge?
Tell it as you told us here on Answers.
May God help you win what is yours.
