I'm taking my 9 and 10 year olds to disneyworld for 10 days by myself. We are flying there and I am just nervous that I am going to forget something. Any suggestions on things to remember for the flight or the trip period????

you didn't say what time of the year, but judging from their ages, I'm guessing summer time.....two things......ponchos and sunscreen (both of which are, obviously, available all over Disney World). Florida is notorious for two things in the summertime.......hot, humid sunshine, and usually late afternoon thundershowers that can be intense, but usually don't last long. Orlando, you can almost bet on it, gets showers most afternoons about 4PM. One suggestion we always followed when our kids were young was to.......be there when it opens.....stay until lunchtime or shortly after.....get your hands stamped, return to the hotel...eat lunch there, let the kids swim, rest, etc. Then, return to Disney World late afternoon/evening......and close it down. The fireworks display and the parade are phenomenal. I am a native Floridian, and have been there many times, so feel free to email me and I can answer pretty much any question about that area, or the state in general.......enjoy your stay!

Get plenty of maps for the parks, don't be cheap (indulge yourself, your in Disneyworld), have as much fun as you can, and take a lot of pictures.

You will have plenty of fun. I hope you're staying at a Disney hotel. They're the best. Have a great time!!! Good Luck.

one million. income from the Early morning & late nighttime park hours. it incredibly is a perk in basic terms attainable to visitors staying on the Disney hotels. you will get maximum human beings of your rides carried out in those situations. 2. Plan dinner on the park you would be traveling that day. It takes too lots time to pass away a park early sufficient so which you would be able to return and forth to a distinctive park or hotel in basic terms for dinner. 3. hire single Rider lines. some super factors of interest have them. All which potential is which you would be able to pass with the aid of swifter, you will no longer take a seat by making use of somebody you recognize, yet it incredibly is probably no longer a brilliant deal. 4.carry alongside powdered drink mixes to characteristic to water bottles. Florida water is gross, and it expenses too lots to maintain paying for bottled water. basically fill up your water bottle and pour in a drink mixture. Voila- you could no longer flavor the water anymore!

Take lots of pictures! And something your kids will absolutely LOVE... Pin Trading! At all of the parks you will see workers with lanyards on. You will also see a bunch of booths(I guess that is what they are called!) You can get starter kits there. Your kids can go up to the workers and trade a pin with them if there is one they want. A lot of times you try to collect a series. I even do it! And I think they can get pretty valuable eventually!

Hats, sunscreen, water, money- extra spending money. Maps of Orlando/Kissimmee, meds, including things you think you wont need. swim suits, snacks for in the park so you wont have to pay a butt load for food, camera(s), shorts, umbrella, it's supposed to rain this time of year there. Toys and games for the kids, while in the hotel. TV's usually have nothing on down there.
