Clean shaven, and oiled. Some guys also have alot of body oil, but most of the time it is scalp oil from the store.
There is a such thing as scalp oil, which is sold in stores specifically for men with naked heads to shine their heads with, believe it or not.

this is true but they are not bald their shaved they chose to to keep their hair short to save time that they would waste getting it braided or cut or combing it or what ever
