vista question about deleting programs??plz help?

i would typically consider myself very computer savvy(well xp anyway) but i want to delete some of vista's preloaded programs such as movie maker and msn explorer and it keeps saying i need permission and i am the admin. already and there not listed under the control panel to add/remove programs...an help would be greatly appreciated...thanx

First, turn off user controls. Start/Control Panel/User Accounts. At the bottom of the list in the right pane.

Second, to shut down some of Vista's stuff: Start/Control Panel/Programs and Features, in the left pane, "Turn Windows features on or off. Allow a little time for the window to populate.
