In counter strike source, how do you know if the person is an enemy or teammate?

When I play the game I get confused if the person is an enemy or teammate. Basically....I kill teammates unintentionally

whats FF? Terrorist and Counter terrorist have 4 same types of players just different teams so how can you determind if it is an enemy.

FF = Friendly Fire . When FF is off you cannot kill or damage you team. (type ff in chat, look up the top and some servers display a message telling you if ff is on or off or look at the server name for +FF or -FF)

To make it easier to see your enemies go to options, video tab, and adjust the brightness level bar to the left to make it brighter or turn your gamma up for the same result.

This helps you see the enemies in dark corners.

When you learn the maps you will also learn where to expect the enemy to be. Just relax, think, point and click.

Well, at the minimize left hand nook, while you factor at them it tells you whether or not its a enemy or buddy, or one other factor, u might flip pleasant fireplace off, so you do not harm your teammates whilst gambling.

Play more. You'll figure it out. Also -- try playing on a server where FF is off. :) I think MGH has one and so does thelanlife.com

Just as in real life the enemy is the one shooting at you and your teammates are the ones who look like you and yell "WTF are you doing shooting at me, you n00b I'm l33t, 'cause I spend 10 hours a day on CS?"

Look at the outfits. It will slow your reaction time but deal with it.

you only get to choose either terrorist faction or the anti-terrorist faction.
