Big Jay I read her question but no I am not sending any money to anyone on the internet although I will openly admit that she really needs those cooking lessons-lol.

Oh my! Yes, anything to help & if we can't raise enough for cooking school we can, at least, get her "The Joy of Cooking"! As long as she can read directions, that book will help her cook anything!!
