I was going to answer, and then I saw the "need answers fast."
Is this for a homework assignment?
EDIT: Anyway, I'm half, and I go all the time. I've seen blacks in there as both employees and customers. So, I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about.

Perhaps some people recognise that Starbucks has no idea how to make coffee - which is why Starbucks struggles in countries outside the USA.

Blacks are welcomed at Starbucks but most of us choose not to go. A lot of Blacks don't like trying different flavors, chillin, and doing something low key. Most of the places we attend, there seems to be a lot of bass thumpin and something really exciting going on. But spread the word and invite more of us out.

For one, they are not usually located in an area where a lot of black people frequent. And flavored coffee is more of a white girl thing.
