Does anyone have any real life ghost stories?

Has anyone encountered any ghosts, haunted houses, strange experiences etc...?I want to hear some true stories!

this is a true story i was in bed very very sick i had my eyes closed and i felt wings above me to afraid to open my eyes i just lied there then all of a sudden i heard powwow singers singing and drumming at the foot of my bed i am first nation and do believe in my culture after that day o got better

Yes to all your questions. My first encounter was at the age of 5 and then again at age 9. Those 2 were the scariest for me as I do not believe that they were ghosts but were demons.
I have been around ghosts or the supernatural all of my life. I have always been in a haunted house. All of my Aunts and my Grandparents on both sides of the family lived in haunted houses. My first haunted house that I can really remember is one my parents had bought and we lived there. I had just turned 9 years old and lived there until I was 18. There were so many things that happened in all of the houses though and I at age 19 moved into a haunted Apt. House. We came home one day and there were bloody footprints starting right at our bedroom door and we looked into the room to see what was going on. The footprints went right to our closet and ended there. I tried shampooing the carpet and nothing that I did would romove or even discolor those stains.
It could be 90% outside and in our bedroom you could see your breathe. I went to the courthouse and looked up old records on this place and found out that a man had been murdered there an they never found his killer. Our neighbors downstairs were good friends and they also had things going on in their place. Once me and Sally were in the basement doing laundry and I felt someone watching me from behind and I turned around and there was a dude about 20 yrs. old, long brown hair and was wearing a green army jacket and he smiled at me and nodded his head to me turned around and on the back of the jacket was a large peace sign. He took about 2 steps and just vanished in front of our eyes.
My husband and I bought our first home 10 years ago and I asked the former owner if this house had ghosts and we were told no. When you buy a house here they have to inform you if it was haunted or not or if anyone had died in the house. I should not have had to ask as it is a law that they must tell you these things. Well, they lied big time. We have at least 5 that we know of.
I belong to a Paranormal Group and we do investigations in other peoples homes and businesses. We have even been asked by a Lutheran and a Catholic Church to do investigations into their cemetaries. Both of them were very haunted. I got knocked over onto another gravestone when I went to take picture of this odd looking large gravestone and the next thing I remember is that I had been knocked so hard onto the smaller stone behind me that my glasses were found 3 rows away. I never felt a thing.
Just last night around 10:00 our dog who was outside started to bark and growl so I went onto the front porch to see what was going on and in the reflection onto 3 very tall pine trees a tall shadow appeared and I watched it run into the trees yet there was no sound of foot movement and we have a gravel driveway. So as tall as it was and there being no sound I just chalked it up to being a Shadow Person. I have written so much as it is and I could go on longer and just tell you that for me I am a Giant big Yes to all your questions.

We have to all become aware of that ghost are truly and amongst us!! They do the whole lot from transfer matters to creating them "fly". Even seem to household or to relay messages. They are within the Bible so that you devout men and women , get a truly existence youngster!! Del Coronado has a number of however essentially the most violent ones they hold the ones experiences hidden for worry of lack of trade. But the situation is from a time wen it was once they hi there-day 1920's!!!via the 60's!! Everyone must pass tee discuss with, watch and be taught!!

In college, my friend and I shared a room. One night we were about to go to bed and we were just laying there talking. Finally we tell each other goodnight. Then suddenly we hear this unearthly terrifying grown, growl, something (it was something but not describable). I felt the presence above my friend on the other side of the room. I was freaked out and I say to my friend, *****, did you hear that?" she answers me....
"yes and it is right above me"

I didn't look and neither did she. I wanted to run so bad and turn on the light but I was afraid of what it would do. Would it attack me...that kind of question. So I ask her, Do you want to get in bed with me. She said no, I'm not moving. I'm just going to keep my eyes closed and pray. So I did that too. I must have fell asleep really fast because I didn't have to wait very long laying in that bed scared out of my mind.

After my uncle died me and my mom moved into his house since that is what he wanted us to do, about 5 months after we moved in we kept seeing a shape moving in the hall finaly one night we happened to be close to it when it appeared it looked just like my uncle but you could see right through him. also I noticed that we couldn't see his legs or feet. Al together we saw him like 10 times both durring the day and at night. At first we were scarred but after we got used to it we figured he was just checking to make sure we were ok. I know before that happened neither me nor my mom believed in Ghost we thought it was just things people made up. At least we thought that till we saw my uncles ghost.
