I mean the couple. Not fiances. As if you were going to say the ________________ are looking at... The engaged? The fiancees? The...????

The bride and groom. Those titles apply from engagement to marriage. Since our traditions grow from a time of arranged marriages and little or no interaction before the religious ceremony, why would we have a name for the couple
