You mean musky like in the fish, the muskellunge? If that's what you're talking about, hell yes they'll bite you. They have a mouthful of teeth like needles and are a predator fish like a pike.
A man in a state park near where I live made the mistake of dangling his foot into the water out of a boat while napping, and a muskie clamped onto it. They had to kill it with a hammer and pry it off his foot. Ouch!!!!

A muskie is found in the waters of Ohio, West Virginia and Michigan, and yes they do bite. I've seen one in a tank that tore up other fish that were fed to it. It eventually picked on the catfish that cleaned the tank and while it killed the cat' it got spiked so the muskie died, too.
