In Texas a Public Intoxication charge will remain permanently on your criminal record unless you are able to get the courts to expunge it. A Public Intoxication charge will not show up on your driving record in Texas.

well, i am in california and i am pretty sure when i get of of probabtion ( next july finally!-yippe!) i can ask for a court date to have it removed or expunged or whatever, i also have the same charge and being under the infleunce and that is what i have been told. good luck.
unlkes you are not an adult. then til you are 18. but i dont really believe that tho.

Once something hits your rap sheet, it stays there forever... unless it is removed by an order of the Court.

Ask your probation officer, but you can hire an attorney, after you have clean record and evidence of alcohol counseling and have this off your record for employment purposes. stay clean fellow---it ain't worth it!
