I think if they do team up than they have a helluva a chance of taking the white house in 2008. I think whoever doesnt win the primary should be the winner's V.P. candidate(Yes, Im pretty sure one of them is gonna win the primary. If Barack doesnt win the primary and runs alongside Clinton, then It would great expereince for him if they win, then he could succeed her after her term(s) are over. What do you think?

No offense but I think thats a terrible idea. Barack Obama's whole campaign is about hope and giving the average American (especially young people) faith in their government and a chance to really see that their opinion matters. Hilary Clinton however is one of the most negative people in politics. Barack Obama has always been firm in his convictions while Hilary Clinton is the most ridiculous flip flopper I have ever seen. Hilary Clinton voted for the war in Iraq, but now that it is unpopular she claims she was decieved and she insists that it is not her fault that she did not have the foresight (like Barack Obama) to know the war would be a disaster. Hilary Clinton also voted against ethanol 19 times, but as soon as she entered the race for the presidency she suddenly began declaring how she loves ethanol and how its the wave of the future. Hilary Clinton not only completely botched health care reform, she's a nasty person to match. If Barack Obama is elected I totally feel like the nation would be a more hopeful and united place, but all I see Hilary doing is dividing people by coining terms such as "right-wing conspiracy." Even if I didn't dislike Hilary so much I would still not think her and Obama were a good idea. Having two cantidates running for an first ever victory (first woman pres./ first black pres.) it would only serve to make the whole democratic platform look like a gimmick. If Barack Obama joined with John Edwards on the other hand I think they would have an amazing chance at wining and a chance to make the nation incredible. Barrack Obama attracts city dwellers, and suburbanites while John Edwards has the small town southern charm. Plus, both cantidates have amazing families so i'm sure people would be thankful to avoid the unavoidable daily Lewinsky reminders if Hilary and Bill were back.

Neither of them can be elected!!! Rudy would beat Clinton in a landslide!!! Obama doesn't even stand a chance of being nominated, much less elected. Gore will probably get the nomination and put Clinton on the ticket as VP. That ticket will lose also, to Rudolph Giuliani, the next President of the U. S.!!!

Why do you think this? VP doesn't matter in the election, so either Clinton or Obama will be wasted on the effort.

Besides, in really very few elections has the VP been selected from among prez candidates. It's actually quite rare.

Clinton, at the head of the ticket, would lose the election, so focus on someone else.

As much as I love Bill, I don't want a Clinton in the office.

We've either had a Bush or a Clinton in the office for the past 3 presidencies!

ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!

I believe both will self-destruct before November, 2008. Hillary is smart, with a good senate record, and has something to say. Baracka Hussein Obama is the closet Muslim, who fails or refuses to disclose all of his past, and now some of his past political corruption is beginning to surface, specifically the impropriety re the real estate "deal" with the Syrian born real estate developer in Chicago. Also, Obama allegedly abandoned his Muslim/Islamic faith, and is now a "member" of a radical Chicago,.all black church, which has a racist doctrine. This can be verified on the web search. Obama has virtually no experience or qualifications for the highest office in the nation. Obama is a polly parrot and good at rote recitation of spiels and yesterdays' worn out platitudes. I would vote for Paris Hilton before Obama God, Save America!

That doesn't make much sense to me. They have too many of the same weaknesses, especially a lack of experience in key positions and national security. That's why I think either would do better to have a VP who covers some of those spots, such as Jim Webb or Wes Clark.

They are the Dream Team. I honestly think they'd be almost unbeatable as a team, and I'm willing to bet the Dem powers that be know it too. Back when Hillary first declared, I went online to buy a couple of political tshirts and there were already shirts available that read Clinton/Obama '08. You can find them now with the names reversed too. I think it would most likely be Clinton/Obama because of her deeper resume and experience. He could be a great leader someday, I like the guy a lot. Give him eight years of experience as VP and he will likely go onto great things. There's a long way to go yet, but in the end I'll be surprised if it doesn't turn out that way.

Maybe. The problem is Hillary. As the frontrunner, she draws too many negatives. She would never settle for the Vice Presidency.

The only time she likes black people is when they are giving her money to campaign or they are mowing her lawn. Otherwise, she is white supremacist Nazi feminista.

She would never sit under a black President.

Obama knows that he and Hilary are the contenders. He has not jumped her and she has not jumped him. The gloves must come off and jabs will be exchanged, that is politics. They however will be respectful and truthful in their jabs. They very well could be the "dream team'.
