i weigh 134 im 14 female and im 5'1 is that petite in a way and do guys find it attractive?im latina (puerto rican).

Yes, you are "petite". This is just a term for short. And yes, some guys do find it attractive.

They classify petite, (In females), as below 5'4". I'm 5'3". My husband is 5'5". The body frame in combination of the height of the individual also comes to play to determine if one is truly petite.
What is the average height for a latina girl? Since I'm 5'3' and of Asian ethnicity, me and my friend were the same height, and the tallest on our cheer squad. Out of 7 of us, 5 of us were of Asian decent, the other Pacific Island decent and the other of African decent.
Some guys like petite girls as much as they do the tall ones. Guys are visual animals...it's the combo of the face and body.

134 at 5'1" is not petite... Maybe if you were 5'1" and 105 or something. And you'd have to throw a picture up for me to say if I found you attractive. But since I'm not 14 I'm not sure what kids your age find attractive.

Petite refers to height, and 5'1" would normally be considered petite. But at 14, you may not be done growing. You are a bit heavy for your present height and age.

according to the clothing industry you are petite. As are anybody else under 5'4". 5'4" is borderline petite.
They make petites all the way up to plus sizes. So you cannot tell based on your weight or your clothing size. It is purely height driven.

You are a little bit petite in my eyes. Not very petite though. The reason I say in my eyes is because I'm so tall. I wouldn't mind being your height though. :O)
