The Congress has no huevos rancheros, and no grounds. Too bad they're too busy politiking to do their assigned job, which, is of course, to produce laws that protect the border and enforce the Bill of Rights.

No evidence. Lots of conjecture, lots of name-calling, not enough hard, cold facts. If I were the Democrats, though, I'd start up a media drumbeat on it and see what happens.
