No. Lots of times, they don't even wait till I'm finished with my sentence before they start talking to someone else about stuff that is not even related to what I talked about. Like I wasn't even there.

At work, yes, because I have certain responsibilities that possibly could affect other lives. At home, my basset hound listens to no one, including me, with the exception to cats who dare cross his territory.
