Well you don't wanna sound like some shady guy who just wants to get with this girl. Start with easy, normal conversations. Ones that you would probably have with a friend. Then if you feel the girl is comfortable enough, go ahead and ask if you can have her number. Remember, don't push it.

Unintentionally, the conversation always starts out with me approaching her, me peeing in her pants, her noticing and then me getting a sympathy phone number. But whenever I call the number it's either disconnected or some guy answers speaking Spanish.

be casual yet interesting!! I hate pick up lines, but appreciate a polite casual conversation. Let yourself grow on me else I wont want to keep contact with you.
start any old conversation i don't usually mind even if i don't respond. it's only annoying if a guy is directing at me then i will retreat. but since i am taken now i just will ignore you so add my advice 2 ur list lol

well if u see her almost every day just start a casual conversation, and if u don't invite her to the movies and say u need her #, then u scored a date and her #!!!
