Magnetic vs. Electrical force?

They are a related phenomena. An electric field (force field) that moves produces a magnetic field and a magnetic field on the move returns the favor. These force fields are 90 degrees apart.
Why? I have no clue. :-)

All i prefer for Christmas is my 2 front the teeth ( I had an accident years in the past and the front have porcelin caps that ought to get replaced in approximately 2 months whilst i could have saved adequate money to change them!)
