It drains resources from the company and in many cases leads to the shutdown of comapnies that result in lost jobs and damaged retirements, etc. Do you think there is a situation where stealing, embezzelment, fraud, etc is good?

White collar crime causes companies to lose resources meaning that they must raise prices (bad for consumers) or cut costs (bad for employees) to make ends meet.
