I found a formula of making a 1N Hydrochloric Acid, but I'm opting to make 12N solution. Can someone post an accurate solution or formula...

Please be careful, hydrochloric acid is not something you can handle by yourself just like that. If you don't know how to prepare a 12N solution, you surely are not trained to handle such solution. I don't really mean to be rude, but we chemist do study MANY years in order to cope not only with technicals but also safety, environment and regulations issues. May you really need to do these works, please contact a pro. Really beg your pardon, but I am commited to my ethics oath.

Since concentrated HCl is 12 N all you need to do is pour out
1 L.
