No, even though you don't have an actual license, your priviledges for any driving, even as a learner, have been suspended for 3 months.

If you are caught, you will likely face not only your license being suspended until you are 18 or 21, depending on what State you live in, but could face jail time, just like Paris Hilton got for driving on her suspended license.

Additionally, if you have an accident while driving on a suspended license, the insurance is null and void and you would be liable for any and all damages and would have additional charges filed against you for driving without insurance.

A better solution is to get someone to drive you to your job or quit until you get your license back.

It depends on where you are, but a learners permit usually does not allow you to drive without a licensed adult in the front seat of the vehicle. You need to get the suspension matter cleared up.
