No, you and the car will be travelling at the same rate so while you are on the ramp, your speed on the ramp will be the same as if you were on a ramp on the ground.

i think you will go to the hospital faster,i dont think you would want to try that.think about the wind factor from the car speeding down the road,good luck and be careful.
