its called also a 1008, a loan application is 1003 and so forth. In plain english, and what I use it for is to outline the numbers in the loan, loan type, loan to value etc.

Our origination system takes data I put in it and automatically fills out a 1003 and 1008. a loan processor will send it with the loan package to the lender.
