Although not originally constructed in the U.S., St. Joan of Arc Chapel on the Marquette University campus was built in France during the 15th century, possibly earlier, and was moved to its current location in 1964 (stone by stone).

Does anyone know of an older building? If so, when was it constructed and if it is not native to the U.S., where was it originally built?

William Randolph Hearst bought a 10th century Spanish cloister, Segovia, and had it shipped to his warehouses in New York in 10,700 crates and it remained there for many years. (He actually built a railroad in Spain to haul it 20 miles to the nearest railroad junction). After his death it was sold (still in boxes) and reassembled in Miami.

If You're using the cheat of reassembled buildings somehow counting as original, I believe that the Metropolitan in New York with it's Egyptian Tomb would win the contest.
